Kevin and Liam run a traditional family butchers, first established in London by Fred Kent in 1919. Specialising in free range and organic British beef, lamb, poultry and pork. Locally sourced where possible but not at the expense of quality. We go where the quality is… Welfare assured milk fed Dutch veal and continental poultry including magrete, poussins, poulet noir, brest du poulet etc. All game when in season and many kitchen ready items such as kebabs, meatballs, schnitzel, kiev, cordon bleu. All our sausages and burgers are made by hand and in store from recipes going back to great Uncle Fred.
